Air ticket cancellation charges

Any central employee books an air ticket under LTC (DoPT) travel and for any reason if they have to cancel it, then they will also get the cancellation charges charged by the airlines, agent or platform from the government.

Short Routes Fares

The central employees are not entitled to LTC air travel. They will no longer need to book their tickets through IRCTC, BLCL, or ATT for a refund. They will also get bus and train fares for the shortest routes. However, if the ticket is cancelled during this period, the cancellation charge will have to be paid by the employee.
