New Delhi: Zontes, the Chinese motorcycle manufacturer that entered our country just two months ago, has now revealed the prices of its entire range of bikes in India. Prices of the Zontes machines start at Rs 3.15 lakh for the 350R and go up to Rs 3.57 lakh for the 350T ADV.

Zontes India lineup: Prices and rivals

The most affordable Zontes offering in India is the 350R naked bike with prices ranging from Rs 3.15 lakh to Rs 3.25 lakh. Next up is the 350X sports tourer priced between Rs 3.35 lakh and Rs 3.45 lakh. The GK350 cafe racer and the 350T road-biased tourer are both priced the same between Rs 3.37 lakh and Rs 3.47 lakh.

The flagship of the Zontes range, the 350T ADV adventure bike, is priced between Rs 3.57 lakh and Rs 3.67 lakh. One thing to note is that prices vary depending on the color chosen for these wheels.

Competing with the Zontes bikes are the 390 and 310 trios from KTM and BMW, and even the 650 twins from Royal Enfield. All of these more established and, in the case of KTM and Royal Enfield, more powerful bikes are priced well below the Zontes offerings.

In the short time we spent with two of their bikes, we found them to be technically loaded but lacking in refinement. The fact still remains that Zontes is yet to prove itself in the Indian market in terms of reliability and after sales service.
