Yamaha Neo: Yamaha is preparing to launch its new scooter Yamaha Neo in the EV segment in the Indian two wheeler market. This scooter will be given in both single and double battery options. It is estimated that the company will give the option of power capacity of 1.58 kW and 2.06 kW.
Unique features
According to media reports, Eco and Sports will get different modes in it. It will run for more than 60 kilometers on a single charge. Yamaha Neo will be given KYB telescopic fork at the front and monoshock at the rear. Due to which the journey of the rider will be comfortable. It will feel less jerks even on bad roads.
Safety system
It has disc-drum setup for safety. Apart from this, digital setup will be available on its handlebar. Keyless start, large LCD screen will be available in Yamaha Neo. It will get the feature of Yamaha MyRide app. Through which the driver can connect the smartphone with the two wheeler. It will display console speed, battery charge level, time, phone call and message alerts.
Price, Storage, style
At present, the company has not made any disclosure about the price and launch date of this new powerful school. There is a possibility that it can be introduced in the Indian market by December 2023. According to media reports, it will be available at Rs 2.50 lakh ex-showroom. It will get LED headlight, 13-inch alloy wheels, 135 mm of ground clearance and 27 liters of underseat storage. It will get three color options Milky White, Midnight Black and Aqua.
