Xiaomi's Bengaluru event showcased the SU7 electric car with impressive speed and acceleration, alongside new smartphone and accessory launches.

Xiaomi organized an event in Bengaluru on Tuesday where it unveiled several new products, including their electric car named Xiaomi SU7. This car boasts an impressive top speed of up to 265 kilometers per hour and accelerates from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in less than 3 seconds.

During the event, Xiaomi also launched the Redmi 13 5G smartphone, targeting affordability in the market segment. Additionally, they introduced new TWS earbuds and a power bank, expanding their product offerings beyond smartphones.

Customers can anticipate three variants of the SU7, available in nine different color schemes. All variants will share a similar appearance. The base model may feature a smaller battery pack, while the top model will utilize a larger unit and include premium trending features.

Customers will have the option to select alloy wheels ranging from 19 to 20 inches, enhancing its aesthetic appeal with personalized touches.

Towards the conclusion of the event, Xiaomi showcased the Xiaomi SU7 to the audience. It’s important to note that while Xiaomi has showcased the car in India, they have not officially launched it yet, and they have not disclosed specific details regarding its official release.

Xiaomi highlighted the features of their electric car, named Xiaomi SU 7. This is a fully electric car capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in just 2.78 seconds. It reaches speeds of 0 to 200 kilometers per hour in 10.67 seconds and has a top speed of 265 kilometers per hour.

This Xiaomi electric car offers a range of 800 kilometers on a single charge, with a maximum torque of 838Nm and a maximum power of 673PS.

In terms of overall dimensions, the premium class EV is expected to enter the market with a length of 4997mm, width of 1963mm, and height of 1440mm, featuring a generous wheelbase of 3000mm. The SU7 offers an impressive 517 litres of boot space, along with an additional 105 litres of compartments at the front.
