A slew of Anti Musk protestors have been building up a barrage of Tesla Takedown movement at several locations,
The Protestors have been targeting Tesla Dealerships and vehicles in opposition to his role as the head of the Department of Government Efficiency. The department would aim to reduce federal government spending.
The protests have been targeted to bring down the sales numbers of the brand, in the hopes of creating declines in Musk’s wealth and prowess. Protestors have gathered and opposed Elon’s close ties with the government at his factories and offices in New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Maryland, Minnesota and Texas.
Anti- Musk Reactions Grow Beyond The US
The Tesla Takedown objective rallied in more than 230 locations apart from the Us, the protests that have been witnessed in the UK were not as massive as that of the Us one’s but shared similar sentiments.
Misplaced Aggression
As per the most recent reports it has become apparent that the ‘ Tesla Take Down “ movement has been fueled by Musk’s involvement with the federal government and the fears of further vertical integration that might erupt in the future out of such a relationship. The protests are a bid to dissuade the billionaire from any such impetus by targeting his electric vehicle company Tesla, the main source of his towering wealth. While a few have been in the favour of the protestors targeting the car manufacturer, a few have been against it calling it a misplaced and sporadic retaliation.
The protestors have further been trying to keep the protests peaceful , protestors have stressed concerns regarding the importance of Saturday’s protests remaining peaceful. The new change of modus operandi comes after a few Tesla vehicles were set on fire and vandalism as a part of the protests.
Protestors or rather like minded users about Elon’s involvement with the government have further showcased their aggression by either replacing older bought vehicles or getting evolved in the protests. Tesla has been going through a sales slump, but there has been no proof regarding the links of it with Elon’s involvement with the Trump administration.
