Suzuki Alto was the first car of many Indians, the utilitarian approach and ideology behind the car led it to be one of the most sold vehicles in India. The car was often used as a taxi in hilly areas, and being continually used in snow and ice during the winters the vehicle gained the popular moniker of Lord Alto.
In a recent video we can see a 4×4 Mahindra Thar struggling to climb up a incline, even a 4×4 Jimny fails to climb up a incline, but a Suzuki Alto climbs up the incline with ease, Here is how-
How Could A Suzuki Alto Beat Jimny
If you see the video closely you would be able to see that the Thar, Jimny as well as the Suzuki Jeep that were travelling over the incline lost grip due to the stream of water that ran along the mountain. But the Thar struggled and seemingly got up the incline. The Jimny lost its grip completely and could not climb up the mountain, similar was the case with the Suzuki Jeep.
The Alto was seemingly being driven by a local, and the driver took a different approach to the incline. His approach helped him avoid the water that ran downwards with ease and he was able to mount his car up the mountain. But on a second Look we saw that the Alto also had snow chains that gave it the increased prowess to climb up the mountain with ease.
As the alto rose up the mountain the onlookers rejoiced and shouted “Lord Alto”, seemingly a hail to rejoice in the quality of such a utilitarian vehicle to make it up the mountain.
