The car gets a lot of cosmetic changes along with new color options. Due to which the look of this vehicle has become very spectacular. As a change in the new Exclusive Edition of Volkswagen Tiguan, its Pure White and Oryx White color attracts the most attention and makes it stand out from other cars. Also, an ‘Exclusive Edition’ badging is also seen on its bootlid.

How is the look and features?
Talking about the look of this SUV, 18-inch Sebring Sterling Silver alloy wheels, dynamic hubcaps, LED matrix headlamps and aluminum pedals have been given in it. Also, it gets a lot of new features including 6-airbags, panoramic sunroof, driver alert system, ambient lighting, hill start assist, three-zone climate control as features.
How is the engine?
The powertrain of this car has been kept the same as before, which is a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbo-charged petrol engine. This engine can produce maximum power of 187bhp and maximum torque of 320 Nm. This engine is mated to a 7-speed DSG automatic gearbox. Also, the company’s 4MOTION all-wheel-drive system has also been retained in it.
Price has increased
As of now, the current facelift model of this SUV is priced at Rs 31.99 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). While the ex-showroom price of this special exclusive edition has been kept at Rs 33.49 lakh.
Who is the competition?
The car competes with the recently launched C5 Aircross from Citroën in the Indian market. The facelifted Citroen C5 Aircross gets a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder diesel engine, which can generate 174bhp power and 400 Nm torque. This engine is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. The ex-showroom price of this car is Rs 36.67 lakh.
