TVS has raised the stakes for the two-wheeler segment in the nation, with its recent launch of the all-new N Torq 150. The brand has been able to gain a lot of attention. The Ntorq 150 will compete against the likes of the Aprilia SR 175, Hero Xoom 160, and Yamaha Aerox 155. The ISG’s electric boost is disabled here, though handy functions like silent start and stop/start fuel-saving tech remain active. Switch to Race mode, and you unlock the scooter’s full 13.2hp output along with access to the ISG’s electric boost.

On top of that, there’s an extensive list of connected features when you pair your smartphone or smartwatch with the display through TVS’ app. These include Alexa voice support, geo-fencing, Bluetooth connectivity for calls and notifications, music playback, SOS triggers, crash alerts, and more. Most of these are exclusive to the top variant, which borrows the 5-inch colour TFT display from the Apache RTR 310 along with its premium switchgear. The entry-level model, in contrast, comes with the split LCD/TFT unit from the Ntorq XT and Jupiter 125 SXC, paired with simpler controls shared with the Apache 160/200.

Practical touches have also been added to the Ntorq 150, such as a parking brake lock, motorcycle-style adjustable levers, and a generous 22-litre underseat storage compartment that houses a USB charging port.
