TVS has launched its new Jupiter ZX drum variant, adding to its lineup of stylish and powerful scooters. The Jupiter ZX comes equipped with SmartXonnect Bluetooth technology, enhancing its connectivity features. With this addition, the Jupiter range now offers seven variants in the market.

The starting price for the TVS Jupiter ZX drum variant is Rs 73,240, while the top variant is available for Rs 89,648 (both prices are ex-showroom). Previously, the Jupiter ZX was only available with a disc brake option, which was priced at Rs 84,468 (ex-showroom).

This new variant of the TVS Jupiter ZX comes with some exciting features, including mobile charging, a digital meter, and SmartXonnect Bluetooth technology. The scooter is offered in two new attractive colors – Starlight Blue and Olive Gold.

Under the hood, the TVS Jupiter ZX boasts a powerful 109.7 cc engine, making it a high-performance scooter in its segment. The single-cylinder engine generates an impressive power of 7.8 hp and a torque of 8.8 Nm. The scooter is equipped with telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock setup suspension at the rear, providing a smooth and comfortable ride even on rough roads.

In terms of features, the TVS Jupiter ZX offers call and SMS alerts, turn-by-turn navigation, and voice assist, enhancing the convenience and safety for riders. The scooter also boasts a spacious under-seat storage capacity of 33 liters, making it practical for carrying belongings. Additionally, it comes with a sizable 5.1-liter fuel tank and attractive 12-inch wheels. The seat height of 765 mm ensures a comfortable riding position for riders of varying heights.

The TVS Jupiter ZX drum variant comes equipped with drum brakes, which offer several advantages. Drum brakes provide effective braking, helping riders avoid accidents, especially at higher speeds, and offer sufficient stopping power. Additionally, they are more cost-effective compared to disc brakes and have a longer lifespan due to their larger surface area.
