Triumph Thruxton 400 Performance Specs Revealed! Thruxton Vs Royal Enfield Guerrilla

Triumph is all set to launch the all-new Thruxton 400 in India, the bike has been seen testing in India and Europe a few times, and in the recent few images, the bike was seen rather clearly. The enthusiasts were able to recognize quite a few interesting details about the design details of the bike. The bike would be based on the Speed 400 but the it would have a slew of new features and new design cues that pay homage to the café racer heritage and flagship café racers from Thruxton and Norton.

The Thruxton has been given a retro café racer appeal with a low slung seat and a fairing that continues all the way till the tank. The fairing further adds to the overall looks of the bike and makes it appear more like the flagship 1200 Thruxton that was sold overseas and has been recently discontinued.

The Thruxton 400 would be powered by the same engine that powers the speed 400. The 395.1 cc engine would be liquid cooled and make about 39.5 bhp @ 8,000 rpm and a peak torque figure of around 37.5 Nm. At 6500 rpm. The engine has been reviewed by several renowned reviewers and all have shared the verdict about how the engine has enough grunt to power the vehicle and beyond that the 6-speed gearbox that has been paired with the engine helps the bike offer the users with easily accessible power. 

Royal Enfield Guerilla 

The Royal Enfield Guerilla has been powered by a 452 cc single-cylinder engine that makes about 39.47 Bhp @ 8000 rpm and a peak Torque figure of around 40 Nm @ 5500 rpm. The bike has been poised towards riders who seek a more streamlined chassis for touring and enthusiastic riding purposes.
