New Delhi: Triumph India will launch its 2023 Street Triple R and Street Triple RS on March 15, the company gave this information through its social media account. So let’s know what will be the specialty of these new models.
Powertrain
The engine of the new Triumph Street Triple R generates power of 120hp, while the engine of Street Triple RS produces 130hp of power. But both these engines generate torque of 80 Nm. Triumph has also updated the gearbox to improve the performance and acceleration. The new free-flowing exhaust generates the inline-triple sound that the Street Triple range is known for. Both the variants also get an up/down quickshifter as standard.
Features
These bikes have been equipped with IMU-assisted cornering ABS and traction control. This strengthens the security system of the bike. In terms of other features, this bike competes with the KTM 890 Duke. The RS gets a 5-inch, color TFT display, while the base variant R gets a more basic and Trident-esque display.
Will get four riding modes
The company says that for ride mode, these bikes have been prepared. The Triple R variant will now get four ride modes – Road, Rain, Sport and Rider-configurable. There is also an additional track mode in the RS variant. Triumph says that for better performance, the company has also added a more dynamic throttle map in its Road, Sport and Track modes.
How is the design of 2023 Street Triple 765 R and RS
The company has made some significant changes to make the bike look sharper than before. As its fuel tank has been shortened, it has been given big grooves at the bottom. Its tank extensions have been redesigned. Along with this, a new flyscreen has also been given above the twin-LED headlights. Along with this, some new color options have also been given in it.

How much will be the cost?
The new prices of the updated Street Triple R and RS of these 2023 series of Triumph India are expected to be slightly higher. The ex-showroom price of both these models can be between Rs. 10 lakh to Rs. 12 lakh.

Will compete with BMW F 900 R
This bike will compete with the BMW F 900 R, which gets a 900 cc engine, which produces 103.25 bhp power and 92 Nm torque. Its ex-showroom price is Rs 10.77 lakh.
