In view of this, three new cars are going to be launched in the Indian market next week on the occasion of Navratri. This will increase the competition in the market even more. TOYOTA CAMRY FLEX-FUEL
On September 28 this month, the Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari will launch Toyota’s new Flex-Fuel car. To be Toyota’s first flex-fuel based car. At present, no information has been revealed regarding this car. Flex fuel cars are based on ICE i.e. Internal Combustion Engine. Such engines are capable of running on more than one fuel and the amount of pollution in them is greatly reduced.
MARUTI GRAND VITARA
In September itself, the country’s leading car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki is going to launch its much-awaited car Grand Vitara in the country. The car has already been booked by more than 55,000 people before its launch. This car will be launched in 6 variants like Sigma, Delta, Zeta, Alpha, Zeta+ and Alpha+. The Grand Vitara will also be equipped with strong hybrid technology like the Toyota Hyrider. It will be powered by a 1.5L petrol engine, which will be a mild hybrid model producing 103bhp of power. At the same time, its second 1.5L petrol engine is going to be a strong hybrid model coming with a power output of 114bhp. This car will get the option of 5 speed manual and 6 automatic gearbox.
TATA TIAGO EV
Tata Motors is all set to launch the electric version of the Tiago, one of its best-selling entry-level hatchback cars, on September 28, which will be the company’s fourth electric car. Also, it is going to be the most affordable electric car in the country, which can come in the price range of up to Rs 10 lakh. In this car 75PS motor will be connected to 26kwh battery. This car will be very similar to its petrol version.
