Tata Tiago: Tata Motors is known for delivering exceptional value in its cars, and one best example is the Tata Tiago. This hatchback car is available at a starting price of Rs 5.60 lakh (ex-showroom) and offers a range of impressive features. The Petrol Manual Transmission variant provides a mileage of 20.01 kmpl, while on CNG, it achieves an even higher mileage of 26.49 km/kg.

Six Variants

The Tata Tiago is a 5-seater hatchback available in six variants: XE, XM, XT(O), XT, XZ, and XZ+. An electric version of the car is also available. Powered by an 1199 cc petrol engine, the Tiago offers advanced safety features like dual front airbags and ABS.

Power Output

With a power output of up to 84.82 Bhp, the car is presented in five different colours. It recently surpassed five lakh sales and has earned a 4-star safety rating in the Global NCAP crash test. The electric variant of the Tiago boasts a 19.2 KWh battery pack, providing a driving range of 250 km on a single charge.

Tough Competition

Competing with models like Maruti Suzuki Celerio, Wagon R, and Citroen C3, the Tata Tiago features a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system, four speakers with four tweeters, and rear parking sensors. Additional offerings include cruise control, a tire pressure monitoring system, and a rear-view camera.

The Tata Tiago comes with both manual and automatic transmission options. Its top model is priced at Rs 8.15 lakh (ex-showroom). The car’s 1.2-litre petrol engine generates 86 PS of power and 113 Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the CNG version produces 73.5 PS of power and 95 Nm of torque.
