New Delhi: Tata Motors is gearing up for a spectacular launch with the unveiling of the Safari facelift, and they’ve just dropped the first teaser to get your heart racing. The updated three-row SUV is set to make a grand entrance alongside the Harrier facelift, and the good news is that official bookings for both SUVs will kick off on October 6, 2023.

Bronze beauty with striking accents

In the teaser image, Tata gives us a glimpse of the Safari facelift in its all-new Bronze avatar, adorned with sleek black accents. The standout feature of the front end is the striking close-patterned grille, boasting bronze-coloured vertical slats that add a touch of elegance. The wide-looking revised front bumper houses the split LED headlamps setup, making a bold statement on the road.

Eye-catching details

Take a closer look, and you’ll notice some eye-catching details. A front parking camera discreetly positioned beneath the Tata logo, LED Daytime Running Lights (DRLs) with a full-width light bar nestled under the bonnet line, and front parking sensors—all these elements come together to create a stunning visual appeal.

Luxury and advanced tech

While the teaser focuses on the exterior, the interiors are expected to be equally impressive. The facelifted Safari is likely to boast an extensive feature list, including a generously sized touchscreen infotainment system, an all-digital instrument cluster, a touch-based HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) panel, and a twin-spoke steering wheel featuring an illuminated Tata logo. You can also look forward to a wireless charger, automatic climate control, cruise control, powered and ventilated front seats, ambient lighting, a 360-degree surround camera, panoramic sunroof, and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) technology.

Powerful performance

Under the hood, the new Safari will share its powertrain with the Harrier facelift. It will be equipped with a robust 2.0-litre Kryotec diesel engine, available with both a six-speed manual and an automatic torque converter unit. Additionally, there’s exciting news on the horizon, as Tata might introduce the new 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine, showcased at the Auto Expo 2023, with the upcoming Safari facelift.

Mark your calendars for October 6, 2023, and get ready to embark on an extraordinary journey with the all-new Tata Safari facelift.
