Tata Punch achieved the milestone of 1,00,000th production in just 10 months. Now the micro SUV has touched the production mark of 2,00,000th units in just 19 months.

The SUV is powered by a 1.2L three-cylinder NA petrol engine. This powertrain generates a maximum power output of 86 PS and peak torque of 113 Nm. It is one of the affordable cars that has got a full 5 stars in the Global NCAP safety rating. Tata Punch is a five seater SUV, developed on the ALFA (Agile Light Flexible Advanced) platform.

Talking about the price, it comes with an initial ex-showroom price of Rs. 5.99 lakhs and the price of its top variant goes up to Rs. 9.47 ex-showroom.

CNT variant
Tata Motors is reportedly preparing to launch the CNG version of the Punch. The manufacturer showcased the Punch CNG at the 2023 Auto Expo. This will be the second offering from the company with the twin CNG cylinder technology after the Altroz CNG.
