Rather, this time this car is in discussion because only one customer of this car has removed it from petrol and modified it into a solar car. Modified Version

A businessman named Manojit Mandal, who lives in West Bengal, modified his car into a solar car due to the high prices of petrol. Solar panel has been set on the roof of this red color Nano car, which works to give it electricity. According to the car owner, this car covers a distance of 100 kms by spending just Rs.30-35 and has a top speed of 80 km/h.

Reason of Modification

This car was Ratan Tata’s dream car, due to which he could fulfill the dream of millions of people who might never be able to buy a car more expensive than this. Tata Nano was launched on 10 January 2008, priced at Rs 1 lakh, ex-showroom. This car was based on BS3 standard, in which a 624cc engine was given, which generated power of 38ps. The car went on sale till 2019 with several updates, but was later discontinued due to emission norms and safety features.

Electric car’s Demand

Last year, there has been a tremendous increase in the demand for electric vehicles in the country, due to which there is a continuous increase in the prices of petrol, diesel and CNG, as well as the problem of pollution in the country.
