Tata Safari Facelift: Tata Motors has unveiled the first teaser of the upcoming Safari facelift, the flagship SUV of the brand. Scheduled for launch alongside the Harrier facelift, both SUVs will open for official bookings on October 6, 2023.

The teaser showcases the Safari facelift in a striking Bronze color with black accents. It reveals a redesigned grille featuring close-patterned bronze vertical slats and an updated front bumper housing split LED headlamps. Additionally, the SUV boasts a front parking camera, LED DRLs with a full-width light bar beneath the bonnet line, and front parking sensors.

Expected Features
While the teaser doesn’t provide a glimpse of the interior, the updated Safari is expected to offer an array of features, including a large touchscreen infotainment system, all-digital instrument cluster, touch-based HVAC panel, and a twin-spoke steering wheel featuring an illuminated Tata logo. Other anticipated features encompass a wireless charger, automatic climate control, cruise control, powered and ventilated front seats, ambient lighting, 360-degree surround camera, panoramic sunroof, and ADAS tech.

Powertrain Details
Sharing its powertrain with the Harrier facelift, the Safari facelift will be equipped with a 2.0-liter Kryotec diesel engine paired with a six-speed manual and an automatic torque converter unit. Notably, Tata Motors may introduce the new 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine showcased at Auto Expo 2023 with the Safari facelift.
