Many automakers are offering discounts of more than Rs 1 lakh on their popular SUVs. Most discounts are available on the unsold MY23 models.

Tata Harrier to Mahindra XUV400 – Get HUGE Discounts On These 10 SUVs This Festive Season

The auto industry has been witnessing a slowdown in recent months. Ahead of the upcoming festive season, manufacturers are offering huge discounts on their products with an aim to boost sales. From Mahindra XUV400 and Jeep Compass to Tata Harrier, check out the list of 10 SUVs from various brands that are offering massive discounts.

Jeep Compass

Discounts of up to Rs 3.15 lakh have been offered on Jeep Compass, including cash discounts of up to Rs 2.5 lakh. The prices of Jeep Compass range between Rs 18.99 lakh and Rs 28.33 lakh. The SUV is equipped with a 170hp, 2.0-litre diesel engine connected to a 6-speed manual and a torque converter automatic transmission option.

Volkswagen Taigun

Volkswagen is offering discounts up to Rs 3.07 lakh on the Taigun. The company has offered the highest discount on the unsold MY2023 Taigun 1.5 GT. The 2024 Taigun is being offered with a discount between Rs 60k and Rs 1.25 lakh. The Taigun which features a 1.0-litre engine costs between Rs 11.70 lakh – Rs 20 lakh.

Mahindra XUV400

The Mahindra XUV400, which is originally priced between Rs 16.74 lakh and 17.49 lakh, is being offered with benefits up to Rs 3 lakh on the top-end Pro variant. This model features a larger 39.4kWh battery, a faster 7.2kW charger and offers a MIDC range of 456 Km. The EL Pro variant with a smaller 34.5kWh battery gets slightly lower discounts.

Cash discounts of up to Rs 2 lakh and total benefits of Rs 2.8 lakh are being offered on Jeep Meridian. The prices of 7-seater SUV ranges between Rs 30 lakh to Rs 37.14 lakh. The Meridian and Compass siblings share the same engine and transmission options.

Tata Safari

Tata is offering discounts on the latest 2024 Safari in the range of Rs 50,000 and Rs 1.4 lakh. Moreover, there is an additional Rs 25000 cash discount offered on the older 2023 models. The Pure + S Dark variants are offered the highest discounts, while the top-spec ones are not offering much impressive cuts. The prices of Tata Safari range between Rs 15.49 lakh to Rs 27.34 lakh. Tata Safari and Harrier are equipped with same engine.

Tata Harrier

Tata is offering discounts up of up to Rs 1.20 lakh and an additional Rs 25,000 is off on older 2023 models. Lower and top-spec variants are available at discounts up to Rs 70,000 and Rs 50,000, respectively. Highest discount is being offered on the mid-spec variants. The Harrier is originally priced between Rs 14.99 lakh – Rs 26.44 lakh.

Kia Seltos

Kia is offering benefits of up to Rs 1.3 lakh, including cash discount, exchange bonus and an accessories package. The Seltos is offered with three engine options – a 1.5-litre NA petrol, a 1.5-litre diesel and a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol. The prices of Kia Seltos range between Rs 10.90 lakh to Rs 20.37 lakh.

Maruti Grand Vitara

The Maruti Grand Vitara is being offered with discounts up to Rs 1.28 lakh. Powered by a 115hp petrol-electric powertrain, the SUV is priced between Rs 18.43-19.93 lakh. The mild-hybrid range is getting Rs 73,000 off, while Rs 33,000 discount is being offered on the CNG variants.

Hyundai Alcazar

Hyundai is giving up to Rs 90,000 discount on the Hyundai Alcazar. The discount is being offered on the 116hp, 1.5-litre diesel with manual and torque converter options and 160hp, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol with manual and dual-clutch automatic versions.

Honda Elevate

Honda is offering discounts of up to Rs 75,000 on models built before April 2024, depending on the variant. The models manufactured after April are available with only Rs 65,000 off. The Honda Elevate originally costs Rs 11.91 lakh and Rs 16.51 lakh.
