First the EV, Then the Petrol Version
According to media reports, Tata will first launch the electric version of the Tata Curvv around Diwali this year. Following this, the petrol and diesel variants are expected to make their debut by December 2024 or early next year. Designed as a four-door coupe, the Curvv will boast advanced driver assistance systems and anti-lock braking systems, making it a promising entrant in the market.
What is a Coupe Car?
A coupe car offers options of either two or four doors and comes with a three-box body design. This design ensures that passengers in the back seat get high levels of comfort. With an aerodynamic front shape, these cars maintain a smooth airflow, aiding in achieving higher speeds. The car’s roof slopes downwards towards the rear, making it distinct from an SUV.

The new Tata Curvv features a sharply designed front look, making it stand out. This high-end car is expected to come with larger tire sizes, LED headlights, and a muscular bonnet. The car, rumored to launch on August 15, will also offer a panoramic sunroof. While the company is yet to reveal the price, estimates suggest it will range between 15 to 20 lakh INR ex-showroom.
