Manufacturers have been Prepping their new offerings for the upcoming Bharat Mobility Expo. As per the Rumour mill it has been established that Tata would launch a slew of new vehicles in the Bharat Mobility Expo Soon. While the brand has not made any official announcements yet, its being believed that brand would launch a combination of vehicles rather than a single one. Here is an expected list of the vehicles that Tata might launch in January soon.

Tata Harrier EV

Tata is all set to bring in the Harrier EV to the market. The Car would compete against the likes of the Creta EV as well as the Mahindra XE9e. The vehicle has been spotted testing by many enthusiasts and as per the vista’s it has been established- That the vehicle might have a dual motor setup, individual motors would power both the axels. The vehicle would also have a upgraded terrain response mode for better off-Roading Capabilities. The car would also have different modes for different terrains, this would allow the vehicle to have a better driving ability over bad roads and different kind of terrains.

Tata Sierra EV

Sierra is a name etched in history, it was one of the first vehicles that Tata started mass producing in India. Tata has been in the talks of reimagining and bringing a newer variant of the Sierra for a long time. But now it seems that the brand would launch a EV version of the vehicle first than a ICE variant as well. The powertrain as well as the battery pack of the vehicle are still to be disclosed, no information has been released about them as of yet. Its possible that the vehicle might have the same powertrain as that of the Harrier EV.

As per the rendering of the vehicle it has been established that it would still have the iconic design cues of the original Tata Sierra. It would have a large glass area at the back as the older sierra did.

Powertrain Options

The New Sierra EV is expected to be launched with a All Wheel Drive variant of the vehicle and a Rear Wheel Drive variant. While the battery specifications remains to be undisclosed the vehicle is being expected to have a driving range of around 500 km.

New Features

Tata offers the highest no-of new features of any manufacturer spread across different variants, similar would be the case with the new Sierra EV. Its possible that the new EV would be launched with a panoramic sunroof, Ventilated Seats, and Dual Zone Climate control. Beyond that its also possible that the vehicle might have a level 2 ADAS features and suite for a infotainment setup.
