New Delhi: The Bangkok International Motor Show has started in Thailand’s capital Bangkok, which is scheduled to run till April 2, 2023. During this, different companies will display their upcoming cars. South Korean automaker Suzuki introduced the Classic Edition of Celerio on the first day. The car has been given a dual tone effect with a retro classic paint scheme. Along with making its front and rear bumpers stylish, quad exhausts are seen in it. The company has installed chrome hubcaps in the wheels, which may remind you of the Ambassador car.
The rear bumper design is really sporty. It gets bigger body cladding and wheel arches. Unlike the Celerio X brought to India, the Suzuki Celerio Classic does not get fake roof rails. The car is white in color with a dark beige roof. The bonnet, sides and rear of the car also get a dark beige stripe. The white and dark beige shades have been carried over to the seat upholstery. It gets red-painted ORVMs.

What is the price
It is powered by a 1.0L petrol engine, which promises a fuel economy of 20 km/l. Price in Thailand for the 2023 Celerio Classic is THB 482k (roughly Rs. 11.62 lakh).
Maruti Celerio in India
The Maruti Celerio is sold in a new avatar in India. Its price starts from Rs. 5.35 lakhs and goes up to Rs. 7.13 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi). It is sold in four trims: LXi, VXi, ZXi and ZXi+. There is also an option of CNG kit along with petrol. The Celerio can be bought in 6 monotone colours. It comes with boot space of 313 liters.
