Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 CNG: Maruti Suzuki has unveiled the CNG version of its much-anticipated Alto K10. At the moment, only the VXi variant of this vehicle has been released. This vehicle costs Rs 5.94 lakh ex-showroom. The CNG model is Rs 94,000 more expensive than the petrol VXI variant.
According to the company, its mileage is 33.85 km/kg. This vehicle is an excellent choice for customers on a tight budget who want to purchase a CNG vehicle. The company recently released a new model of the Maruti Alto K10 that is larger, bolder, and more beautiful than the previous one. It is one of the top five best-selling cars in the company’s history.
Suzuki Alto K10 CNG Engine
The Alto K10 CNG is powered by a 1.0-litre DualJet, Dual VVT petrol engine that is mated to a CNG kit that is factory installed. This configuration produces 56.69 PS at 5,300 rpm and 82.1 Nm of peak torque at 3,400 rpm. This is slightly less than the petrol engine, which produces 65.26 PS at 5,500 rpm and 89 Nm at 3,500 rpm. The company claims that its mileage is 33.85 km/kg. It’s the 13th model in the company’s CNG lineup.
Suzuki Alto K10 CNG Features
The Alto K10 CNG VXi variant includes a 2-DIN Smartplay audio system with Bluetooth connectivity, 2 speakers, impact sensing door unlock, central locking, speed sensing auto door locks, manually adjustable wing mirrors, aux and USB ports, and a front power window. The roof top includes features such as an antenna and body-colored door handles. All of these features are also available in the Alto VXi variant. Overall, the company has included all of the useful features in this CNG variant.
10 lakh units of Alto K10 CNG sold
Shashank Srivastava, Senior Executive Officer, Marketing & Sales, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, stated at the Maruti Alto K10 CNG launch event that the company has sold over one million S-CNG vehicles. The new Alto K10 CNG will improve the company’s environmental protection technology even further. The Alto K10 is currently available in four manual and two AMT variants: Std, LXi, VXi, and VXi+.
