New Delhi: Czech Republic car maker Skoda Auto is soon going to bring many new cars to India, including a concept electric car. Some time back, Skoda introduced the teaser of this Vision 7S concept electric car, which will come in many variants. Now Skoda has presented a sketch image of the racing model Concept Vision GT, which is an upcoming racing car with a futuristic look. So let’s see what will be special in this new car.
How is the Skoda Vision GT’s design?
This car will be a modern version of Skoda’s 1100 OHC sports model. This car was launched in 1957. The car will be launched in two variants, which will include the open-top Spyder and the Coupe. The low-slung body with sharp character lines will be given in this car which helps to accelerate the car. It will also get daytime running DRLs at the front, LED headlights and two wings at the rear.
Very powerful battery pack
There is no clear information about the powertrain of this racing car but it is likely to be supported by two electric motors. Skoda recently unveiled the Vision Concept 7S which is expected to power a 195kW electric motor with an 82kWh battery pack.
Will be equipped with these features
The Skoda Vision GT will get features such as Anti Lock Braking System (ABS), single-seater cabin, digital instrumental cluster, EBD, active aero elements, newly designed steering wheel, tall hood, front air splitter. For safety, a 4 point racing harness will be given in it.
How much will be the price?
At present, there is no information about the price of the Skoda Concept GT car, but its price is likely to be around Rs 4 to 5 crores.
