Royal Enfiled: Chennai-based two-wheeler manufacturer Royal Enfield is all set to launch its new Bullet 350 on September 1 and the Himalayan 450 in November this year. Amidst all these updates, the company recently filed a trademark of a new name – Guerrilla 450, hinting that it could be a variant of the new Himalayan 450.
As of now, other than the name ‘Guerrilla 450’, no other details about the model are available. As the name suggests, the Guerrilla 450 focuses on off-road capability and comes with revised styling, wire-spoke wheels, a new suspension setup, and tires with increased grip to tackle rough roads.
The upcoming Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, is expected to be based on a new lightweight platform and powered by a new 450 cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that is expected to produce 40 hp of power and 37 Nm of power. produces torque.
The RE motorcycle is likely to be mated to a six-speed gearbox and a slip-and-assist clutch. In terms of features, the new Himalayan 450 is equipped with a fully digital TFT instrument console, an upside-down fork, Bluetooth connectivity, and all-LED lighting.
With the upcoming Himalayan 450 and Guerrilla 450 motorcycles, the company is focusing on the mid-size motorcycle segment in India seeing huge interest from Indian buyers.
Recently, the two-wheeler manufacturer shared a post on his Instagram handle, “One name, nine decades, millions of stories. A new chapter begins. 01.09.2023.” The Instagram reel shows the names of multiple Royal Enfield motorcycles, indicating that the manufacturer will introduce several models, namely the Bullet 350, Bullet 500, Bullet E, Bullet Sixty-5, and Bullet Electra on September 1, 2023.
