Royal Enfield: At EICMA 2022, Royal Enfield just unveiled the eagerly awaited Super Meteor 650. It was even on display at the Indian Royal Enfield Rider Mania event, and formal reservations are already being taken for it. But there’s a problem. As of right now, only Rider Mania guests are able to make reservations for the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650.
Early in the following year, the business plans to formally introduce the brand-new Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650. Other potential customers will thereafter be able to reserve RE’s brand-new premier cruiser motorcycle. The same 650cc parallel-twin engine that powers the Interceptor 650 and the Continental GT 650 also powers the Super Meteor 650.
To better fit its cruiser attributes, it has been slightly modified. In the Super Meteor, this 650cc parallel-twin, air and oil-cooled engine produces 47 horsepower and 52 Nm of maximum torque when mated to a 6-speed transmission. It comes with a twin-pod instrument cluster with capabilities including RE’s Tripper navigation system, which might be offered as an add-on.
The front forks on the Super Meteor 650 are 43mm USD, and the rear shock absorber is a monoshock. It has disc brakes at either end and dual-channel ABS as standard for stopping. The brand-new Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 won’t have any direct competitors in the Indian market and is anticipated to cost less than Rs 3.50 lakh, ex-showroom.
