Mahindra is set to introduce the electric version of its smart SUV XUV300. As per Auto Car India, this new-generation vehicle is slated for release by June 2024. Recently, the updated version of this car was seen undergoing tests on the roads. While its petrol and diesel counterparts are set for launch by February 2024, preparations are underway for the EV version. Additionally, Mahindra is also reportedly working on an updated version of its stylish EV car, the Mahindra XUV400, expected in 2024. Simultaneously, Mahindra XUV e8, often referred to by car enthusiasts as the EV version of Mahindra XUV700, is also in the lineup.

A Stylish New Look Awaits
Media reports suggest that the Mahindra XUV300 EV will compete with the already established Tata Nexon EV in the market. The company has not yet shared specifics about its new car. It’s speculated that the car will feature a 35 kWh battery setup, potentially offering two battery pack options. An estimated range of over 200 kilometers on a single charge is anticipated for this model. The EV’s front appearance is expected to differ from its petrol version, with design alterations to the grille and lights to appeal to the new generation. Inside, a large touchscreen will be a prominent feature, complemented by a dual-color option for the front grille and roof rails. All LED lights will illuminate the vehicle.
Blue Dual-Tone Color Theme
The interior of the new Mahindra XUV300 EV will boast a blue dual-tone color theme, elevating its visual appeal. The seat covers are designed in black and blue. This car offers wireless charging and a stylish gear lever. It will be equipped with a digital instrument cluster and automatic transmission. Advanced features such as a sunroof and an airbag in the driver’s cabin will be part of this SUV. Sporting new C-shaped tail lamps, the vehicle features a sizable central air intake, alloy wheels paired with tubeless tires, and a 257-liter boot space.
