Range Rover: Range Rover has introduced the much-awaited Velar facelift in India, priced at Rs 93 lakhs (ex-showroom). The updated luxury SUV comes with several changes, including new LED daytime running lights and sharper headlamps flanking the all-black themed front grille.
The rear profile receives an updated bumper with a fresh design, while the side profile remains unchanged from the pre-facelift version. The Velar facelift is available in striking color options like Metallic Veresin Blue and Premium Metallic Zadar Grey.
Under the hood, the Range Rover Velar facelift offers a 2.0-litre petrol engine that churns out 250hp of maximum power and 365Nm of peak torque. There’s also a diesel engine variant that delivers 204hp of maximum power and 430 Newton meters of peak torque. Both engines are paired with an eight-speed automatic gearbox, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.

In terms of performance, the petrol-powered Velar facelift boasts a top speed of 217 kmph and can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just 7.5 seconds. On the other hand, the diesel variant can reach a top speed of 210 kmph and achieve the 0 to 100 kmph mark in 8.3 seconds.
Equipped with advanced safety features and luxury amenities, the Range Rover Velar facelift is set to give tough competition to its rivals in the market. Notably, it will be competing with the Porsche Macan (priced at Rs 88.06 lakhs) and the Jaguar F-Pace (priced at Rs 77.41 lakhs).
While the Velar facelift is priced higher than its competitors, its premium offerings and stylish design make it a desirable choice for luxury SUV enthusiasts in India.
