Its liquid-cooled motor, generating an impressive torque of 93 Nm, not only promises a powerful ride but also ensures heat dissipation even during prolonged journeys. The bike is set to compete head-to-head with the Ultraviolette F77, showcasing 28 hp that propels it to a top speed of 135 kmph, accelerating from 0 to 100 kmph in just 8.9 seconds.

The Orxa Mantis strikes a perfect balance between power and control, weighing in at 182 kg. This weight provides exceptional stability, especially at higher speeds, ensuring a safe and thrilling ride for the riders. Alongside its performance, the bike offers practicality with its storage capacity, providing 30 liters of side pannier space and an additional 45-liter top box for convenient luggage storage.
Enthusiasts eagerly anticipating the Mantis need not wait long, as the company plans to roll out deliveries starting April 2024, beginning from Bengaluru and gradually expanding to other cities. Bookings for this eagerly awaited bike have already opened on the company's website, with early bird reservations requiring a down payment of Rs 10,000. Post the initial 1000 customers, bookings will open at Rs 25,000, signifying the high demand and anticipated market value.

As the Orxa Mantis gears up for its debut, it stands toe-to-toe with the Ultraviolette F77, the existing player in the EV segment. The F77, with its 152 km/hr top speed and a driving range of up to 307 km on a single charge, presents a formidable challenge. Priced at Rs 3.80 lakh ex-showroom, the F77 showcases a 30200 power motor, accelerating from 0 to 100 kmph in a lightning-fast 7.8 seconds, making the EV market a thrilling battleground for biking enthusiasts.
