Mahindra & Mahindra has recently launched its new compact SUV XUV 3XO in India with an ex-showroom price starting from Rs 7.49 lakh. This new model offers many best-in-class and first-in-segment features. It is available with both petrol and diesel engines. Bookings for the new SUV have commenced today (15 May 2024). The XUV 3XO will directly compete with Tata Nexon, Maruti Brezza, Kia Sonet, and Hyundai Venue in the market.
The new SUV offers three engine options. The first engine is a 1.0L turbo petrol variant that produces a power output of 74kW and a torque of 160 Nm. Additionally, there is a second engine option, a 1.2L turbo petrol, delivering 96kW of power and 200 Nm of torque. The third engine is a 1.5L turbo diesel variant, generating 86kW of power and 300 Nm of torque. These engines come with both manual and automatic gearboxes and provide a mileage of up to 21.2 km/l.
The new XUV 3XO showcases innovation in its 80’s-inspired design, with a bold front design and a premium feel from the side and rear profiles. It features a 26.03 cm twin HD screen that supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Safety features include Level 2 ADAS, anti-lock braking system, automatic emergency braking system, 6 airbags, the largest sunroof in its class, and a 360-degree camera. It also offers ample space and is suitable for both daily commutes and long drives.
