Changes

With the updates, the facelifted City will look more premium than the current City. Which ranges from Rs 11.87 lakh to Rs 15.62 lakh for the petrol version and Rs 19.88 lakh for the powerful hybrid City E-HV. Looking at the recently facelifted Honda models, it is likely that the updates on the Honda City will be minor, with changes such as a revised grille and bumper and new alloy wheels.

However, Honda should add features like wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay (wired on the current City), as well as ventilated seats and wireless phone charging, which are increasingly common in the City’s price segment.

Safety features

For safety, it includes 6 airbags, stabilization, hill start assist, lane monitoring camera (for left turns), rear parking camera and ISOFIX child seat mounts. The City Hybrid also gets the Honda Sensing Suite of driver assistance technologies (ADAS), which includes automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning, lane keep assist and adaptive cruise control. The petrol version of the facelifted City should also get this feature.
