New Delhi: The new Honda City is all set to launch on the 2nd of March, 2023. People are waiting eagerly for the new Honda City model after the dynamic success of the previous Honda City model.
Honda City is one of the most popular sedans in India. Now the company is going to launch the updated model of this car in India. Now the official launch date of this car has come to the fore. The company will launch this car on March 2, 2023.
The launch of the facelifted City is already known from spy shots. The facelifted City is expected to get minor styling changes over the current model, apart from a few new features such as Honda Sensing Driver-Assistance Tech (ADAS) which has been specially designed for the City Hybrid.

Changes
With the updates, the facelifted City will look more premium than the current City. Which ranges from Rs 11.87 lakh to Rs 15.62 lakh for the petrol version and Rs 19.88 lakh for the powerful hybrid City E-HV. Looking at the recently facelifted Honda models, it is likely that the updates on the Honda City will be minor, with changes such as a revised grille and bumper and new alloy wheels.
However, Honda should add features like wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay (wired on the current City), as well as ventilated seats and wireless phone charging, which are increasingly common in the City’s price segment.
Safety features
For safety, it includes 6 airbags, stabilization, hill start assist, lane monitoring camera (for left turns), rear parking camera and ISOFIX child seat mounts. The City Hybrid also gets the Honda Sensing Suite of driver assistance technologies (ADAS), which includes automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning, lane keep assist and adaptive cruise control. The petrol version of the facelifted City should also get this feature.

The facelifted City should get the same 1.5 liter i-VTEC petrol engine as before, but the 1.5 liter diesel unit will no longer be offered. Meanwhile, the City e-HEV Hybrid will continue with its 1.5-litre Atkinson cycle petrol engine mated to an e-CVT gearbox.
