Most Affordable Ola Electric Scooter Now Available For Rs 39,000 – Everything You Need To Know!

The launch of the new scooters coincides with ongoing concerns from customers regarding service issues and other problems associated with Ola's existing scooter models.

Ola Electric has unveiled two new affordable electric scooter models, priced at an unprecedented Rs 39,000, making them the most budget-friendly options in Ola’s line-up to date. Bhavish Aggarwal, CEO of Ola, took to X to announce the launch, stating, “Say hello to Ola S1 Z & Gig range, starting at just ₹39K! Affordable, accessible, and now with a portable battery pack that doubles up as home inverter using the Ola PowerPod Reservations open, deliveries Apr’25! Ola S1 Z: https://bit.ly/3AYMGYe. Reservations for the two new electric vehicles are now open, and according to Bhavish Aggarwal, deliveries are slated to commence in April 2025.

Ola’s current electric scooter line-up includes three models. These are S1X priced at Rs 69,999, the S1 Air at Rs 1,00,499, and the S1 Pro at Rs 1.34 lakh.

New Line-up Of Ola

S1 Z: The scooter boasts a battery capacity of 1.5 kWh x 2. It offers a certified range of 75-146 km, with a top speed of 70 kmph. This comes at an introductory price of Rs 59,999.

S1 Z+: The scooter have a battery capacity of 1.5 kWh x 2. It offers a certified range of 75-146 km, with a top speed of 70 kmph. This comes at an introductory price of Rs 64,999.

Gig: The scooter boasts a battery capacity of 1.5 kWh. It offers a certified range of 112 km, with a top speed of 25 kmph. This comes at an introductory price of Rs 39,999.

Gig+: The scooter have a battery capacity of 1.5 kWh x 2. It offers a certified range of 81-157 km, with a top speed of 45 kmph. This comes at an introductory price of Rs 49,999.
