New Delhi: German luxury car maker brand Mercedes Benz is going to launch its new luxury electric sedan car EQS 580 in India soon. The company has started booking for this electric car. For booking this car, customers will have to pay a token amount of Rs 25 lakh.

Mercedes is going to launch this new electric car on 30 September this month. Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari will also be available in the launch program of this car. This sedan car will be completely assembled in India. Due to which its price is also expected to be lower than that of imported cars. Its prices will be announced at the time of launch itself.

Will get so much range

Mercedes will use a 107.8 kWh battery pack in this electric car. Through this powerful battery, this car will give a range of more than 750 km. The motor installed in this car produces a maximum power of 516 bhp and torque of 856 Nm. This car will be equipped with 4matic system.

These cars will compete

Mercedes’ Equus 580 4matic will compete with Audi e-tron and Porsche electric cars in its segment once launched in India.
