New Delhi: After recently launching the first locally assembled luxury electric car EQS in India, the German carmaker is now all set to launch its new electric product EQB in India soon. The EQB electric luxury SUV has been spied in India and there are indications of its India launch soon.

The EQB, being the electric version of the GLB, further expands the EQ portfolio. The EQB will be the first 7-seater luxury electric SUV in India. Along with being an EV, it will also open doors for a new segment with 7-seat adjustments.

The spied images indicate what is unique about this SUV, while the EQB looks a bit different from the GLB with a special grille in the form of the EV, while the other EQ series cars feature several different alloys. are to be seen. Its interior design is similar to that of the GLA, while it is also expected to get special quality switchgear.

The battery of this car is placed on the floor. The EQB gets a 7-seater layout, in which the second row seats can be moved. Boot space of 1320 liters has been given with these seats.

What will be the range?

As of now, no information has been received about the Indian variant of the EQB, but there are two variants around the world with its dual motor layout, while its battery size is 66.5kWh. In India, we are expecting the EQB 300 to come with tremendous power with a range of around 400kms.

The full details of this will be known only at the time of the launch of the rest of the EQB. Mercedes-Benz will launch the EQB sometime later this year and it will be a practical electric SUV. The EQS was recently assembled locally and has already started well with ample bookings. Mercedes-Benz is planning to launch many more electric models as it looks to expand its customer base for its electric vehicles.
