Automaker Maruti Suzuki has rolled out the first teaser of the upcoming Dzire facelift sedan that will go on sale in the country this festive season. This is 2024 Dzire’s very first official teaser and more such posts are likely to follow. The car will continue to be pitted against rivals like of Tata Tigor, Hyundai Aura, and Honda Amaze etc.
Dzire continues to be one of the most trusted family cars in its segment. Maruti Suzuki has released its new teaser with the caption, “The Best Is Just The Beginning.”
2024 Maruti Dzire Facelift: What to expect?
- Completely new exterior design.
- It might get a sunroof that will be first for Dzire.
- The upcoming Maruti Dzire is likely to offer a 360-degree surround-view camera system.
- Dzire’s dashboard might also get equipped with a 9-inch touchscreen multi-information display, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.
- The rear AC vents have been redesigned for improved airflow.
- Vehicle is now expected to offer both Type-A and Type-C USB ports for convenient charging.
Launch Date
Maruti Suzuki hasn’t officially disclosed any launch date for new Dzire as of yet. Multiple reports suggest that the new Dzire 2024 will go on sale in the country anytime before the approaching festive season.
Prices
Maruti Suzuki hasn’t officially disclosed the price range for the new Dzire. According to CarDekho, the new Dzire’s base variant could be priced at around ₹6.70 Lakh.
Engine Specification
The new Maruti Suzuki Dzire is expected to carry forward the powertrain used on the outgoing generation Swift. It might come with the same 1.2-litre three-cylinder Z Series petrol engine. This produces 82 hp of power and 112 Nm of torque. The petrol-powered version’s power unit is paired with an MT gearbox with the option of an AMT. Also a CNG model expected in the car that will only offer a Manual Transmission.
