New Delhi: Maruti Suzuki Jimny Launch Price In India: Maruti Suzuki unveiled the upcoming SUV Jimny at the Auto Expo 2023, since then it has been making headlines and people are eagerly waiting for its launch. In such a situation, if you too are waiting for the launch of Maruti Suzuki Jimny, then there is good news for you.
The company is going to officially introduce it in the next month i.e. May 2023. However, ahead of the official launch, the expected price of the Jimny has been leaked online through a dealer invoice.
Maruti Suzuki Jimny Price
The upcoming Maruti Suzuki Jimny 5-door SUV will be offered in two trim levels – Zeta and Alpha, which will be available in four variants. As per dealer invoices leaked on the internet, Maruti Suzuki Jimny prices will start from Rs 9.99 lakh for the base Zeta MT variant, while the top-spec Alpha AT variant will cost Rs 13.99 lakh. These prices are ex-showroom.
Engine and gearbox
Powering the Maruti Suzuki Jimny will be a 1.5-litre K-series naturally-aspirated petrol engine. This motor will generate 103 bhp and 134 Nm of peak torque. This engine has also been used in powerful cars like XL6, Ertiga and Brezza. The Jimny’s power unit will be mated to either a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic transmission. The upcoming Jimny will get AllGrip Pro 4X4 system as standard for superior off-road capability.
Features
In terms of features, the Maruti Suzuki Jimny will be a 5-door SUV that will come equipped with features like 9.0-inch SmartPlay Pro+ touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Arkamys speakers, etc. In terms of safety, the Jimny will include 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, ESP, hill. It will be equipped with many powerful features including hold control, hill descent control, reverse parking sensor with rear parking camera.

Maruti Suzuki Jimny will compete with Mahindra Thar and Force Gurkha in the Indian market.
