New Delhi: The country’s leading carmaker Maruti Suzuki launched its new flagship SUV in India in September 2022. But the company started booking this car in July 2022 itself and the company has received bookings of more than 1.20 lakhs for this vehicle. Till January this year, the company has delivered more than 32 thousand units of this car to the customers. But still the customers who have booked this car may have to wait a long time.
How much is the delivery?
Maruti Suzuki has delivered 4,769 units in September 2022, 8,052 units in October, 4,433 units in November, 6,171 units in December and 8,662 units in January 2023. That is, in this way a total of 32,087 units have been delivered.

How long is the waiting going on?
According to the official information of Maruti Suzuki, till February 22, 2023, the company has received 1,22,437 bookings for this car, while the company has delivered its 32,087 units, which means the company currently has pending orders for 90,350 units. Currently, depending on the different variants, dealership and location, waiting period of two months to nine months is being given for this car.
How is the powertrain
The Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara gets a new 1.5-litre petrol engine with a strong hybrid technology. Which is paired with E-CVT transmission. There is also a 1.5-litre mild-hybrid petrol engine option available, mated to a 5-speed MT and a 6-speed AT. The manual variant of the car also gets an optional AWD. The company claims to get an ARAI certified mileage of 27.97 kilometers per liter from the Strong Hybrid variant of this car.
How much is the price?
The new Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara is available in the country at an initial ex-showroom price of Rs 10.45 lakh. While the ex-showroom price of its top variant is Rs 19.65 lakh.
