Yes, the car sales report for October 2022 has arrived in which Maruti Suzuki Alto was the best selling car. It was followed by Maruti Suzuki WagonR and also Swift and Baleno in the top 4. Tata Nexon has overtaken the best selling SUV Maruti Suzuki Brezza by a huge leap. Sale of Maruti Alto 

Talking about the top 10 best selling cars in India, Maruti Suzuki Alto sold a total of 21,260 units which is an annual sales of 22 percent. It is followed by the Maruti Suzuki WagonR, which sold a total of 17,945 units in October last year, with a year-on-year growth of 45 percent. In third place is the Maruti Suzuki Swift, which sold 17,231 units last month with a year-on-year growth of 88 percent.

The fourth best-selling car was the Maruti Suzuki Baleno, which sold a total of 17,149 units last month, registering a year-on-year increase of 10 percent. The fifth best-selling car was the Tata Nexon, which sold a total of 13,767 units last month, representing 36% year-on-year growth.

Annual sales of most cars have increased

Maruti Suzuki Dzire ranked sixth in the list of Top 10 Best Selling Cars October 2022 with total sales of 12,321 units and a year-on-year growth of 53 percent. It is followed by the popular compact SUV Hyundai Creta, which sold a total of 11,880 units with year-on-year growth of 84 percent. At number eight on the list is the Tata Punch, which sold 10,982 units in the last month with a year-on-year growth of 30 percent.

Maruti Suzuki Ertiga is at the 9th position in the top 10 with sales of 10,494 units, showing a year-on-year decline of 19 percent. Last on the list is the Maruti Suzuki Brezza, which sold a total of 9,941 units in the last month with a year-on-year growth of 24 percent.
