Maruti Suzuki Alto Engine Options
The Alto 800 is powered by a 0.8-litre, 3-cylinder BS6 petrol engine. It produces 48 PS and 69 Nm torque on petrol and 41 PS and 60 Nm torque on CNG. It comes with a 5-speed manual transmission (MT).
At the same time, the Alto K10 is available with a 1.0-litre petrol engine. It has a power output of 67PS and a torque output of 89Nm. CNG is not currently available in this model. It has a 5-speed manual (standard) and an AMT transmission (optional).

Maruti Suzuki Alto Price
Maruti’s Alto lineup consists of two models: the Alto 800 and the recently launched Alto K10. The Alto 800 costs between Rs 3.39 Lakh and Rs 5.03 Lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), while the Alto K10 costs between Rs 3.99 Lakh and Rs 5.84 Lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
