New Delhi: Mahindra & Mahindra has introduced more than one product in the Indian market for SUV lovers, in which there is a lot of discussion about XUV700, Thar and new Scorpio-N as well as XUV300. The XUV300 hasn’t been as successful in making a mark in the compact SUV segment as was expected. But now in the coming times, she is coming in a facelift avatar to give tough competition to the segment’s best selling car Tata Nexon as well as the recently launched new Maruti Brezza and Hyundai Venue facelift. The Mahindra XUV300 facelift will see a lot of new features as well as cosmetic changes.

According to media reports, the upcoming Mahindra XUV300 facelift will be offered with a new turbo petrol engine. The current model is powered by a 1.2-litre mStallion turbocharged petrol engine, which generates 130 PS of power and 230 Nm of torque. The 1.5 liter diesel engine of the XUV300 generates 117 PS of power and 300 Nm of torque. This SUV is mated to a 6 speed manual as well as a 6 speed AMT gearbox. The current XUV300 price ranges from Rs 8.41 lakh to Rs 14.07 lakh. At the same time, the XUV300 facelift can be offered with a starting price of up to Rs 9 lakh.
New features
Talking about the look and features of the upcoming Mahindra XUV300 facelift, it will get a large front grille, new Mahindra logo, redesigned headlamps and taillamps as well as large chrome slats. Mahindra XUV300 facelift can be offered with new color options. On the other hand, in terms of features, the upcoming XUV300 facelift can also see a large touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support, wireless charging, connected car technology and Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS).
