Record-Breaking Bookings
When the bookings for the XUV 3XO opened, no one could have anticipated the overwhelming response it would receive. Within the first 10 minutes, Mahindra recorded a staggering 27,000 bookings. By the end of the first hour, over 50,000 units were booked. This rapid traction clearly underscores the extent to which the Indian market has taken to this new vehicle.
Powerful Under the Hood: Engine Options
The XUV 3XO isn’t just about looks and features; it packs a punch under the hood as well. Prospective buyers can choose from three engine options:
- A 1.2L turbo petrol engine delivering 82kW of power and 200 Nm of torque.
- A more potent 1.2L turbo petrol engine offering 96kW of power and 200 Nm of torque.
- A robust 1.5L turbo diesel engine churning out 86kW of power and 300 Nm of torque.
Both manual and automatic gearbox options are available, and the engines promise impressive fuel efficiency, with mileage figures going up to 21.2 km/l.

Mahindra has left no stone unturned when it comes to safety. The XUV 3XO boasts Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), anti-lock braking system, automatic emergency braking, and six airbags to ensure the safety of all passengers.
