Mahindra Thar Roxx Vs Force Gurkha: Mahindra has revealed the prices of 4×4 variants of Thar Roxx and bookings for the vehicle set to be opened on 3 October. The homegrown automaker latest induction is pitted against Foce Gurkha and Maruti Suzuki Jimny among others. Mahindra Thar Roxx vs Force Gurkha: Specifications
The Thar Roxx is offered with both petrol and diesel engine options. However, car’s 4×4 variants versions are available only with a diesel engine and are powered by Mahindra’s 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine. It is paired with a manual gearbox that generates 150 bhp and 330 Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the automatic gearbox delivers impressive 172 bhp and 370 Nm of torque, making it a great choice for off-road enthusiasts.
Force Gurkha is only available with diesel engine options with 2596 cc engine that generates 138 bhp and 320 Nm of torque. Force also offers 4WD drivetrain with impressive off-roading capabilities.

The Mahindra Thar Roxx is 4,428mm long, 1,870mm wide, and 1,923mm tall, and has a wheelbase of 2,850mm. The Force Gurkha, on the other hand, measures 4,390mm in length, 1,865mm in width, and 2,095mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2,825mm.
The dimension figures show that the Thar Roxx is longer, wider and have a longer wheelbase when compared to Force Gurkha. However, the latter is taller than Thar Roxx.
