New Delhi: Mahindra Scorpio Classic prices have been revealed after its debut earlier this month. The range starts from Rs 11.99 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base variant. There is only one diesel engine on offer with a manual gearbox.
Despite the introduction of the all-new Mahindra Scorpio-N, the company is retaining the older model, albeit with the Scorpio Classic badge, as the company believes that demand for it remains strong.

Design-wise, Mahindra has given it a facelifted front fascia with a new Twin Peaks logo, a revised bumper with LED DRLs sitting above the fog lamps, new 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels and an updated taillight assembly along with a new Galaxy Gray color variant pictured above.
The Mahindra Scorpio Classic‘s cabin gets a black-and-beige finish and upgraded seat upholstery, though the layout and most features inside have been carried forward.
The feature on offer include a 9-inch Android touchscreen, cruise control, automatic climate control, electrically adjustable ORVMs. All four power windows, driver’s seat height adjustment, second-row AC vents and dual front airbags is also included.
The Mahindra Scorpio Classic S grade will be offered in either seven- or nine-seat configurations, with both getting a second-row bench and side pop-up seats.
The range-topping S11 gets two seven-seat layouts – one with second-row captain’s seats and a third-row front bench with room for three (claimed), and the other featuring a second-row bench with room for three and jump seats behind.
Adjustments are available to the suspension settings to improve ride quality and reduce body roll. The engine powering the Mahindra Scorpio Classic is the 2.2-litre mHawk Gen 2 from the Scorpio-N with a maximum power of 132bhp and a peak torque of 300Nm. Power is available to the rear wheels only via a 6-speed manual gearbox.

The older Scorpio S11 diesel MT is for Rs 18.62 lakh (ex-showroom). The price has come down by more than Rs 3 lakh and the new Scorpio Classic S11 diesel MT also loses out on certain features.
