Mahindra has announced that the 5-door version of the Thar will be named the Thar Roxx. The new SUV has been showcased in a teaser by the company. The Thar Roxx is set to be unveiled on Independence Day, continuing the tradition from the launch of the current Thar. The teaser highlights several updates, including a redesigned bumper no longer finished in black, new LED headlamps for improved nighttime visibility, and a revamped grille. Additionally, you can explore more about upcoming cars like the Mahindra Five-door Thar, which is expected to have a 2184.0 cc engine and a price range of ₹15 – 16 lakhs.

The Mahindra Thar Roxx features several updates and improvements. The new SUV includes stylish 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels on higher variants, while lower trims will have steel wheels. The extended wheelbase provides additional length to accommodate rear doors, enhancing both ingress and egress and offering more space for rear passengers. At the rear, the tail lamp design remains familiar but with revised elements.

Inside, the Thar Roxx boasts a longer feature list, including a larger touchscreen infotainment system, automatic climate control, and a sunroof. It is also expected to have rear AC vents, a revised instrument cluster, and a front parking camera, as highlighted in the teaser.

Mahindra aims to deliver a premium experience with the Thar Roxx, appealing to those seeking a more practical SUV that maintains off-road capability.
