Kinetic Green has successfully revitalized the iconic โLunaโ brand by introducing the highly anticipated E-Luna electric moped in India. Priced at Rs 69,990 (ex-showroom) for the X1 variant and Rs 74,990 (ex-showroom) for the more premium X2 variant, the E-Luna has garnered considerable attention. With ambitious projections, Kinetic Green aims to meet the demand for the new model by maintaining a production capacity of around 5,000 units per month.

Design
The design of the newly launched E-Luna reflects an evolution of the original Luna moped, which is anticipated to resonate positively with numerous previous Luna users throughout India.
Opting for this design approach offers several advantages. Firstly, it facilitates reduced weight, which enhances maneuverability and efficiency. Secondly, the rugged build quality ensures durability and longevity, making it suitable for various terrains and usage conditions. Lastly, adhering to a design reminiscent of the original Luna aids in lowering production costs, potentially resulting in a more affordable pricing structure for consumers. These characteristics collectively contribute to enhancing the overall user experience of the E-Luna electric moped.
Colours
Kinetic Green provides customers with a choice of five color options for the newly launched E-Luna electric moped: Mulberry Red, Ocean Blue, Pearl Yellow, Sparkling Green, and Night Star Black.
Regarding its performance, the E-Luna features an all-electric powertrain setup, offering an eco-friendly and noiseless commuting experience. This powertrain configuration includes a 2 kWh battery pack paired with a 1.2 kW electric motor, ensuring efficient operation and zero tailpipe emissions.

Thanks to its efficient powertrain setup and lightweight yet durable construction, the newly launched E-Luna boasts an impressive range of up to 110 kilometers on a fully charged battery pack. With a top speed rated at 50 km/h, it offers suitable performance for urban commuting needs. Furthermore, recharging the battery pack takes just 4 hours, providing convenient usability.
To ensure stability and handling on varied road surfaces, the E-Luna is outfitted with 16-inch spoke wheels at both the front and rear ends. Additionally, it features telescopic front suspension and twin rear shock absorbers, enhancing rider comfort and maneuverability, especially on rough roads. These features collectively contribute to making the E-Luna a versatile and practical choice for daily commuting requirements.
