Skoda has officially opened bookings for the all-new Kylaq, a compact sub-4 meter SUV. The company has set the introductory price of the Kylaq at Rs 7.89 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base model, and will announce pricing for additional variants later. Skoda will offer the Kylaq in four trim levels: Classic, Signature, Signature Plus, and the top-of-the-line Prestige variant. Customers can expect to take delivery of their new Skoda Kylaq starting January 27, 2025.
The Kylaq, was officially unveiled on November 6, 2024. In India, this new Skoda is positioned below the Kushaq, aligning with the company’s ‘India 2.5’ strategy. Notably, the Kylaq marks Skoda’s entry into the compact SUV segment. The name “Kylaq” is derived from the Sanskrit word for “crystal”.

- Kylaq boasts a modern and muscular exterior design. Additionally, it features an iconic Skoda grille that adds to its robust and dynamic appearance.

- The Skoda Kylaq comes with a 1-liter, three-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine. Furthermore, it produces 114 horsepower and 178 Nm of peak torque.
