New Delhi: The 2023 KTM Duke 390 is one of the most important new bike launches in the market this year and a lot of changes have been made to it. But not much has changed in its design. A closer look reveals that it has been given a new tank, and now it gets a redesigned headlamp. Along with this, tank extension has also been done in it. The headlamp design is sharper and the LED DRL design has also been updated. To make it more premium, a 1290 Duke R inspired color scheme could be included in it. Due to the change in the tank, there will be a change in the fuel capacity as well. Other updates also include a new TFT dashboard, split seats with a quickshifter and a slipper clutch.
Powertrain
There is a big question in the market about this bike, whether this new Duke 390 will get the same existing 373cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine or will get a new powertrain? But its spy pictures suggest that it may use the same engine, but it is likely to be retuned for power. Currently, this current engine generates 43bhp power at 9,000rpm and 37Nm torque at 7,000rpm. It is very likely to get a 6-speed gearbox. It will get more electronic assist features, which will enhance the riding experience as well.
Will cost more
