Overtime tech features have become a prerequisite for car to do well in the market hence the car would possibly be launched with new ADAS2 level safety features. Along with that its possible that the car would have an infinity display that would continue from the middle of the dash all the way till the driver end of the dash. Beyond that, KIA would give the vehicle SYROS like ADAS level 2 features that would help it gain a formidable score in the safety rating department. Safety was a big concern for the older gen with only 3 star rating for the Adult Occupant Safety. To help the vehicle do well KIA would possibly give the vehicle 6 airbags as well to help it gain a better adult occupancy safety score.
Hybrid Powertrain?
As of yet the 1.5 L i.c engine powers the KIA Caren variants. The Power mill options include a 1.5 Na petrol engine, 1.5 Turbo Petrol Engine and a 1.5 Turbo Diesel Engine. KIA would probably maintain the same transmission options such as a 6 speed manual, 6 speed IMT, 7 speed DCT as well as a 6 speed torque converter unit as well.
