New Delhi: Ignyte, a manufacturer of helmets and riding equipment, has launched its new products namely IGN-7 and IGN-4 in the Indian market. These helmets come with a new safety clamp that is able to further improve the rider’s head protection.
The highlight of the IGN-7 is that it is a helmet designed with NACA Duct Air Flow technology.
Ignyte helmet Features
The company says this airflow system is also used in airplanes and supercars. Dual NACA inlets on the top of the shield allows large amount of air to enter the helmet to provide fresh air. The air travels to its luxurious interior and keep moisture out.
Along with this, NACA vents were placed on the back of the helmet so that stale air could be quickly removed.
Kashish Kapur, MD, Ignyte Helmets said, “With more high-end motorcycles on the roads now than a year ago. There is a greater need in the market for helmets with additional safety features and dual DOT and ISI certification while maintaining their aesthetic appeal. Ignyte has created two new models for young cyclists with their love of riding in mind.”

It also has an internal sun visor to protect against direct sunlight during the day. Also, in keeping with their superior cleanliness, these new models also feature removable and washable inner padding and cheek pads.
Ignyte helmet Price
The helmet range starts at Rs 4699 and is available in Medium (580mm), Large (600mm) and XL (620mm) sizes.
The other model, IGN-4, is also dual certified and has DOT (FMVSS No. 218) and BIS ISI (IS 4151: 2015). This model starts at Rs 4,449 and is available in Medium (580mm), Large (600mm) and XL (620mm) sizes.
