Hyundai Kona EV: Features and Specifications
The company has introduced the Hyundai Kona EV in two new dual tones, the first being Titan Gray with Phantom Black roof and Fiery Red with Phantom Black roof.
Earlier, the Kona is already available in several other colors like Phantom Black, Polar White, Typhoon Silver. Also, the company has discontinued its Typhoon Silver paint.
Hyundai Kona EV: Charging Capability
During charging, the Hyundai Kona EV fills up 80 percent of its battery capacity in just 57 minutes. It is packed with a 39.2kWh battery pack, which generates 134bhp and 395Nm of peak torque. The model can be fully charged with a standard AC charger in 6 hours and 10 minutes.
The Hyundai Kona is available with an all-electric powertrain as well as a gasoline engine option. At present, only the electric variant of the Hyundai Kona EV has been made available for sale in India.
This electric vehicle will run 452km in a single charge, which is a special feature of it. You get two options in this Hyundai Kona EV, but if we talk about India, then it is available only with a 39.2kWh battery.
Fully charged, the Hyundai Kona EV will cover a distance of at least 300 km, which proves to be very good in comparison to other electric vehicles.
