New Delhi: The Hyundai Creta facelift, which was showcased globally at the GIIAS 2021 motor show, could be launched in India in February 2024. The company will start production of the car at its Chennai plant by mid-January 2024. The SUV will get to see the best styling and upmarket interior with ADAS technology. The 2024 Hyundai Creta facelift is likely to get the option of a 1.5L turbo petrol engine. This engine has also recently been given in the new generation Verna sedan. This engine will generate 160bhp power and 253Nm torque. Along with this, the existing 1.5L petrol and diesel engines will also be retained.
How will be the design?
Its design and styling can be inspired by the new Hyundai Verna. The Creta facelift will get a wide grille with parametric pattern, H-style headlamps with split setup and H-style DRL lamps. New design, sharp taillamp and updated boot cap will also be seen in this SUV. The spy pictures reveal that the new 2024 Hyundai Creta facelift will get advanced driver assist system with features like adaptive cruise control, front collision prevention, automatic emergency braking, rear cross traffic collision alert, lane keep assist and blind spot monitor. Apart from this, it will get features like 360 degree camera, key immobilization, stolen vehicle tracking and valet parking mode.
Exeter will come in August
South Korean automaker Hyundai Motor is about to launch its new micro SUV Hyundai Xtor in August 2023. This car will also get the option of CNG version with 1.2L petrol and 1.0L turbo petrol engine. The powertrain with the Grand i10 Nios hatchback can be seen in this mini SUV. The design element of this car can be inspired by the Venue subcompact SUV.
Will compete with Kia Seltos
This car will compete with the Kia Seltos facelift, which gets the same powertrain as the Creta, as well as this car will also be equipped with ADAS technology. The launch of this car is going to happen soon.
